The article analyzes the role of journalism in informational warfare as a part of political marketing, examines the methods and means of influencing the mass audience, the methods of conducting informational warfare. The author introduces the concept of “meta journalism”, gives its definition, identifies essential it essential traits and gives recommendations for its application as a method of research in modern media space and an informational warfare tool in political marketing.
